BIPOC USHR Liberation School is a free 8-week course (meeting once a week) in which we will examine various, decolonial approaches to understanding ourselves and others, with a focus on mental health and well-being. Each week we will discuss a different topic highlighting the many ways in which BIPOC peoples have, and continue to, understand themselves, the world, and their mental health and well-being within those worlds. The course will be led by multiple instructors, including some lectures, as well as activities and discussions. This course is for BIPOC folks only.
Course objectives include:
-
